Doing your own keyword research can be very tedious, but with the right tool, you can be assured that you will be targeting the right keywords.
It has become clear that new comers to the website building arena are just building sites and not targeting any types of keywords. To their own surprise they end up with a site that gets no search engine traffic what so ever. You have to learn how to target the right keywords that will bring you a flood of free search engine traffic.
The days of getting keyword density correct and all that stuff, is a thing of the past. You can write a article and just use the H1 header tag, and sprinkle a couple of keywords on your page and you can have a highly search engine optimized page.
What really matter now is targeting keywords that will get visitors to your pages, the right keywords.
You have to do your own keyword research, there are many sources that you can turn to online. You have a monthly paid option, and then you have those one time paid software type programs. But with the Internet, not all programs are created to benefit, some are created for just quick profits.
I have been online for many years now, and can spot a scam from a mile off. You on the other hand is trying to get started, but have little knowledge of how things works, and what keywords you should target. When you target the right keywords, you will exclude yourself from the rest.
Once you learn how to build a website, your next task will be to target better keywords. You want to target keywords that will make it easy for you to rank high in the search engines, keywords that don't have much competition.
